Our maintenance & security service is designed to keep your Cloud operating at peak performance.

As part of our standard service we carry out the following:
Microsoft patching
Anti-virus and anti-spam software checks
Application software updates
Testing of restoring from backup
Server and network checks


To enable us to perform a remote control support session, we use a combination of both Screen connect & Teamviewer.

Remote Support

Our monitoring service provides continual monitoring of our network, immediately notifying our operations centre of any issues.

The standard Monitoring service includes the following:
Real-time monitoring of all server systems
Daily checks on overnight tasks, such as backups
