Hours of Operation

integratedPRIVATE is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these times, emergency after hours support is available via:

All email communication has a target response time of 2 business hours.


Our Monitoring service provides continual monitoring of our network, immediately notifying our operations centre of any issues.

The standard Monitoring service includes the following:

  • Real-time monitoring of all network systems
  • Real-time monitoring of all server systems
  • Daily checks on overnight tasks, such as backups

Maintenance & Security

Our Maintenance & Security service is designed to keep your Cloud operating at peak performance.

As part of our standard service we carry out the following:

  • Microsoft patching
  • Anti-virus and anti-spam software checks
  • Application software updates
  • Testing of restoring from backup
  • Server and network checks

Remote Support

To enable us to perform a remote control support session, we use a combination of both Screen connect  & Teamviewer. Download Teamviewer from Here and contact our IT Support team. or visit  https://ip.screenconnect.com/
